IT Service Management Forum USA (itSMF USA):

itSMF USA is the United States chapter of itSMF International , the only truly independent and internationally-recognized forum for IT Service Management professionals worldwide. itSMF provides access to a network of industry experts, information sources and events to help address IT service management issues and help you achieve the delivery of high quality, consistent IT service through the adoption of good practices. At itSMF USA, our members have the opportunity to Connect, Learn and Grow. itSMF USA is a member driven organization organized in Local Interest Groups (LIGs) and one Student-Special Interest Group (S-SIG) located in over 40 major metropolitan areas of the USA (see the Local Interest Groups section for more information).

Since our beginning in 1997, the itSMF USA has grown to become the premier IT Service Management professional forum. We have continuously taken exciting steps in professionalizing and expanding our capabilities and services for our membership and 2009 promises to be our most exciting year yet, with new products and services like this e-Symposium!
